University Management System Signing Ceremony

The Signing Ceremony:

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between NPI University of Bangladesh (NPIUB) and Pipilika Soft, the leading Education Management System and Education ERP software provider in Bangladesh, was officially signed on December 11, 2024, at the NPIUB campus for the implementation of a University Management System.

During the signing ceremony, Md. Shamsur Rahman, Honorable Chairman of NPIUB, and Humayun Kabir Pavel, Chairman & CTO of Pipilika Soft, formally signed the agreement. The event was honored by the presence of Prof. FMA Salam, Treasurer of NPIUB, Engr. Nirmal Chandra Sikder, Registrar of NPIUB, Md. Mahbubur Rahman, Head of the CSE Department, along with faculty members and Team Pipilika Soft.

As part of this collaboration, NPI University of Bangladesh is advancing its digital transformation by implementing University Management Software, Polytechnic Management Software, School Management Software, College Management Software, and Nursing Management Software across multiple institutions. These solutions, powered by Pipilika Soft’s industry-leading Education ERP technology, will streamline academic and administrative processes, enhance student information management, automate financial operations, and optimize institutional efficiency.

About Project:

In 2020, NPI University of Bangladesh (NPIUB) partnered with a software company to develop its University Management System. However, the company failed to deliver the project on time, leading to numerous operational challenges, system inefficiencies, and an overwhelming number of bugs and errors.

To overcome these hurdles and ensure a seamless digital transformation, NPIUB took the initiative to upgrade its education management system. After a series of strategic discussions and evaluations, the university officially partnered with Pipilika Soft, the leading Education ERP software provider in Bangladesh, known for its expertise in University Management Systems, School Management Systems, and College Management Systems.

With Pipilika Soft’s Integrated Education Management System (IEMS), NPIUB aims to streamline administrative processes, enhance academic efficiency, and improve student data management. This strategic collaboration ensures a robust, scalable, and technologically advanced system that will optimize the university’s digital operations.
