Primeasia University Entrusts Pipilika Soft with Its University Management System
On 10 August 2025, Primeasia University and Pipilika Soft officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the implementation of a comprehensive University Management System (UMS), marking an important step toward strengthening the university’s digital transformation and administrative efficiency.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was formally signed by Prof. Dr. Rayhana Begum, Acting Vice Chancellor of Primeasia University, and Mr. Humayun Kabir Pavel, Chairman & CEO of Pipilika Soft.
The signing ceremony was attended by Md. Kamal Hosen Howlader, Honorable Treasurer of Primeasia University, and Muhammad Azharul Islam, Secretary of the Board of Trustees (BoT), along with distinguished academicians, university officials, and representatives from the Pipilika Soft team.
The MoU marks the beginning of a strategic partnership between Primeasia University and Pipilika Soft to implement a modern and integrated University Management System (UMS). The initiative is aimed at streamlining academic and administrative operations, enhancing efficiency and transparency, and creating a technology-driven ecosystem for the university.
This collaboration reflects the shared commitment of both organizations toward digital transformation, operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable development in higher education.
